Welcome to Staar Maid & House Cleaning. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below. These terms are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and professionalism in every interaction.

Services

  • Staar Maid & House Cleaning provides residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
  • Services are subject to availability and may vary depending on property condition, size, and location.

Booking & Payment

  • All services must be booked through our official platform, website, or by contacting our team directly.
  • Payment is due at booking and processed securely through our payment provider.
  • Prices are listed during booking but may be adjusted if property details differ from what was provided.
  • Additional fees may apply for extra services or unusual conditions including excessive clutter, pet-related messes, or homes that have not been professionally cleaned in an extended period.
  • Recurring services begin with a Deep Cleaning at the deep clean rate to ensure your home starts at a maintainable level.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
  • Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.
  • If our cleaners are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

Entry to Property

  • You must ensure we have secure, safe, and legal access to your property at the scheduled time.
  • If key codes, lockbox details, or special entry instructions are required, they must be shared with our team in advance.
  • Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a missed appointment fee.

Service Limitations

  • We do not provide outdoor cleaning, biohazard or hazardous waste removal, mold remediation, pest control, or heavy lifting of furniture and appliances.
  • Services are limited to the tasks agreed upon at the time of booking. Any changes or additions should be communicated in advance so we can allocate the proper time and staffing.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in conditions we determine to be unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond the scope of a standard cleaning appointment.

Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will revisit the location and address the issue free of charge.
  • After 24 hours, corrections may incur additional fees at our discretion.
  • Payments are non-refundable once service is completed, but we may provide a complimentary re-clean or partial credit at our discretion when a satisfaction concern is raised promptly.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate property details when booking.
  • Customers must ensure safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Valuables and sensitive items should be secured prior to service, and any items requiring special handling should be disclosed in advance.

Pets

  • We love pets and welcome them on every job site.
  • For the safety of our team and your animals, please inform us in advance if pets will be on the premises during service.
  • Aggressive animals must be secured in a separate room, kennel, or outdoor area during the cleaning appointment.

Liability & Damages

  • Staar Maid & House Cleaning is licensed, bonded, and insured. Our staff is trained to treat your property with care.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, unstable fixtures, or fragile items not disclosed to our team in advance.
  • Liability for damages, if proven to be caused by our team, will be limited to the cost of the service provided or the repair or replacement cost at our discretion.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe or unsanitary conditions, harassment of our team, or failure to comply with these Terms of Service. If service is refused for one of these reasons, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these updates.
