We clean post-construction spaces the same way we clean any home — top to bottom, room by room. Heavy debris and contractor materials should be cleared before our visit. Expect the same thorough housekeeping you would get from a move-in clean.
Surface Dust Removal
We dust every reachable surface throughout the home, working top-down so dust falls onto floors that get vacuumed and mopped at the end. Includes shelves, mantels, fixtures, ceiling fans, and trim.
Cabinet Exterior and Door Detailing
Kitchen and bathroom cabinet fronts, doors, drawer faces, and door frames are wiped down to remove dust, fingerprints, and smudges. Inside of cabinets is available as an add-on — just let us know when you book.
Interior Window and Glass Wipe-Down
All interior glass surfaces — windows, shower doors, and mirrors — are wiped clean of dust and smudges with standard glass cleaner. Sills are wiped or vacuumed.
Bathroom and Kitchen Detailing
Toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, vanities, countertops, microwave (inside and out), stovetop and burners, and all appliance exteriors are cleaned the same way as our deep clean.
Light Switch, Doorknob, Baseboard, and Trim Wiping
All high-touch hardware and baseboards are hand-wiped. Door frames and window frames are wiped down per our deep-clean checklist.
Floor Vacuuming and Mopping
All hard floors are dust-mopped and wet-mopped; carpets and rugs are vacuumed. Heavy debris should be removed by the contractor before our visit.
Trash Removal
Wastebaskets are emptied and relined. Bagged construction debris is not removed — please coordinate disposal with your contractor.
